• Please photograph the product and send it along with details of the city, address, and order number so it can be exchanged for another product if it is found to be defective, damaged, or not functioning as agreed.

• We are not responsible for any expectations regarding the use of products by the customer that are not mentioned on the product page on our website.
• A deduction of 30% or a minimum amount of 499$ will be applied if the customer no longer wants the product, and it has no defects or issues worth mentioning.
